Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP) adalah bukti bahwa Perusahaan/Badan Usaha telah melakukan Wajib Daftar Perusahaan berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1982 Tentang “WAJIB DAFTAR PERUSAHAAN”. Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP) wajib dimilki oleh perusahaan/badan usaha Penanaman Modal Asing (PT-PMA), PT Non PMA, CV, Koperasi, Firma atau perusahaan perorangan yang dikeluarkan oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota/Kabupaten cq. Kantor Pendaftaran Perusahaan.

Masa berlaku : Tanda Daftar Perusahaan berlaku selaku 5 (lima) tahun sejak tanggal dikeluarkan.

Certificate of Company Registration (TDP) is evidence that the Company / Entity has made compulsory registration of the Company under Law No. 3 Year 1982 on “COMPANY REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT”. Certificate of Company Registration (TDP) must be owned by the company / entity Foreign Investment (PT-PMA), PT Non PMA, CV, cooperative, firm or individual company issued by the Department of Industry and Commerce City / County cq. Companies Registration Office.
Validity period: Company Registration applies as 5 (five) years from the date of issuance.
